Welcome to Snowshoe Mountain Properties. This fully renovated, Ski-in/ski-out, condo is just STEPS to the Village, providing easy access to superb trails, terrain parks, tubing and night skiing. Access to restaurants and shopping are just minutes from the front door.

We are steps away from Shavers Lake, hiking trails, mountain biking, skeet shooting, ATV tours, E-biking, segway tours, Disc Golf, yoga, horse-back riding, fly fishing, scenic lift rides, Scenic train rides, Cass Railroad State Park, adventure dining, Eurobungy and Climbing Wall, Arcades, concerts and MUCH MORE - message us for help planning your trip.

One of the few units that has direct access from the parking lot without needing to go through the entire building!!

Complete with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave with convection oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes.

Sleeping/bed arrangement: 1 Queen bed in bedroom, 1 pull out couch in living room, 1 additional Rollaway Bed (In closet). Can sleep up to 5 individuals, but 4 is more comfortable.

***There will be construction in common areas from March 2025 until November 2025. This may include excess noise and dust.

The location was super convenient! The condo was very pretty and had everything we needed! The listing agent was so helpful and quick to respond! Thanks for a great stay at Snowshoe!

Great Location

This unit is located in a prime spot in Showshoe near several of the restaurants, shops, and a lift. The unit is near a door so entry and exit is easy. There can be some noise in the unit from people using the door/adjacent stairs, but it wasn’t an issue. It served as a nice base of operations for our trip. Leon is also very responsive to any inquiries.
