Cozy and Elegant 7BR Retreat with Hot Tub by RedAwning

Inside this completely renovated Black Bear Crossing townhouse you will find 7

bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms within 3,660 square feet. You can conveniently step

right outside the back door onto the ski slopes or bike trails. Located just

off the Powderidge lift, step back inside to warm up by the fireplace or in

the private hot tub. This home is equipped with 2 full kitchens, featuring

luxury stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. In each bedroom

you will find a king size bed, a smart TV, and a desk. There are also 2 custom

bunk rooms, each with 4 cozy, extra-long twin beds and smart TV’s. Enjoy the

downstairs rec room with plenty of seating, two 75" flat screen TV’s,

shuffleboard, and a wet bar with beverage coolers. Additional features of

Black Bear 29 include a SONOS speaker system, 2 large private decks, an

outdoor grill, 2 laundry rooms, and a convenient storage room for your ski

gear. You will also have access to a shared outdoor entertaining space with a

gas firepit, gazebo with picnic tables, two grills, Bluetooth sound system,

and a hammock. This is the perfect gathering place for friends and family for

a relaxing stay on Snowshoe Mountain!
