The service throughout the resort was exceptional, warm, and genuine. Everyone we encountered made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Marion, our hotel liaison, for making everything absolutely perfect from start to finish and for the incredibly warm welcome. Thank you also to Teva for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. To all the staff across the restaurants, housekeeping, grounds, and butler service, your attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. "Very beautiful property! From the beginning when we first arrived, Westin staff greeted us at the airport with a flower lei and gave us 2 stainless steel water containers for us to use and keep. Very impressed! Room 328 is the best room in our personal opinion and we enjoyed it very much! Everyone we encountered inside the Westin resort was very friendly and approachable. Am I sad to be leaving this heaven on earth, ABSOLUTELY! I look forward to coming back again. Thank you Westin Bora Bora for your excellent hospitality."
