LOVELY HOUSE

Very nicely furnished house. Very clean and a lot of little extras. Beds are very comfortable, nice quality pillows & towels.

Cute Home to Visit Family

The home was the perfect base for me and my family to visit nearby family for a long weekend. Communication with the host was great and the check-in/out processes could not have been easier. Only feedback was the address listed was the appropriate street address, but showed as "Chattanooga, TN". If I hadn't grown up in town, that would've been very confusing to me and probably had me driving to the wrong place. To be clear, the house is in "Soddy-Daisy, TN" at the street address listed. Other than that, great place to sleep, clean up and visit our family.

The home and property were located in a quiet area, but it was still close to town. I believe 5-10 mins away from restaurants, and shopping. There is a museum close by as well. The home was so nice. My husband was in love with the floors. Everything was clean. They had everything we needed even soap and shampoo. There were plenty of cookware and dishes for us to use as well. When we arrived they had set up sparkling juice and wine glasses for us. It was the most welcoming gesture. The firepit outside was equipped with wood to use, and marshmallow skewers. The picnic table was great to have. We took advantage of it and had tea outdoors. It was such a nice weekend here. We will be booking again.

Central to Activities

Clean, well-kept and updated eclectic home centrally located making trip to Chattanooga and area parks. All amenities on hand for preparing meals and feeling almost at home. Enjoyed large tv’s and movie selections. Pet friendly. Kind, helpful property owner/manager.

Adorable property in cute area outside of Chattanooga!

We just finished up our stay here. The house was super cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is within walking distance to a lake for fishing and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, low traffic, and was a nice little getaway. It was only a short drive to a few restaurants and not far at all from the touristy areas like Ruby Falls and Rock City. The best part though is how close it was to Big Soddy Creek Gulf, which has trails for hiking and swimming holes for swimming! The house was clean, well stocked, and had enough sleeping space for our group. Derek stayed in contact in case we needed anything and was all around a great host! We will definitely book here again!

Great little place

Cozy getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay at this older, recently renovated cozy house in Soddy-Daisy! The house has lots of character without feeling dated. We were in town for 4 nights and the house was a great base for operations. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, and there's easy access to Chattanooga. Everything described in the property description was as advertised. Derek, our host, was also very timely with communication and very responsive with messages whenever we had a question. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area - I wish we could have stayed longer!

Peaceful. Wonderfully equipped.

Very comfy bed ha. In a peaceful location, but still close to Chatanooga and outdoor activities. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. TV by the bed was great for watching movies at night. Next to a church, so no noisy neighbors.

Lovely Stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! Just a short drive from Chattanooga away from all of the busyness was exactly what we wanted and this place delivered! Derek was extremely timely with replies to all of our questions and was wonderful to have as a host. Next time we come to the Chattanooga area we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Visit

Derek and his property in Soddy-Daisy were a wonderful home base for a short visit. When we arrived the house was thoughtfully prepared, check in was easy, and the house matched the postings well. The kitchen was well equipped for my group to cook meals throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the Chattanooga area.
