The largest apartment The Eiberg, consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . All with stunning views of the Hohe Salve. These Apartment holds 4 people comfortable .There is room for a 5th and 6th person in the living area,were there is a double couch bed.

The Apartment has an openplan living area with full kitchen and breakfast bar. All are nicely furnished with satellite TV and Free Wifi and parking facilities. Ideally located 800 metres from village centre with bus services on the door step. Whether it be for the perfect winter ski or an active summer holiday you will be assured of a warm welcome at Bergview Haus. Bergview haus is ideally situated for the active guests to find located on the main road next to the public buses, ski buses and summer kaiser jet services making it an easy residence to find!

With the new addition of a Gondola linking Brixen to the Kitzbuhl Region, Meaning there is endless possibilities to ski over 700km of Piste which means you wont be stuck for a new route each day of your Holiday ! And if this is not enough for you, you can always leave the ski's on and try our floodlit Night skiing ! Select for the quality/price - stay for the warmth of the welcome

Like many guests, we (a family of 4 from England) came upon Bergviewhaus because of the generous facilities at a decent price, its a little outside the centre but thats reflected in the pricing and the size of the apartments is much more generous than we could find in central Soll anyway. But what shall make us return - was the extremely warm and generous welcome and support offerred to us by Lenny (and his family) who run Bergviewhouse. Before arrival and throughout our stay, his infectious support made this holiday significantly improved for his insight and support. Thank you!

Prima appartement net buiten Söll

Prima communicatie met Lenny, de verhuurder. Goed appartement op de begane grond op 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Söll via een parallelweggetje. Bushalte voor de deur om naar de lift te komen 's morgens. deze rijdt tot 17:00 uur terug naar het appartement. Daarna wordt het terug lopen, of voor € 10,- een taxibusje bellen. Ruim opgezet appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Ik sliep in de woonkamer wat prima is bevallen. Ik heb dan ook geen last van het verkeer langs de drukke straat. Heb je dat wel, kan je de ramen sluiten waardoor het lawaai tot bijna nul wordt gereduceerd. De bartafel is inderdaad een beetje klein uitgevoerd, maar heel veel meer konden we ook niet vinden :). Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Great Location & Host

Really recommend this place for families looking for a good sized space on a skiing trip. Often apartments are tiny with no room to get all your stuff packed away nicely - no such issues here with 2 good sized double bedrooms, lots of wardrobe space (including hangers!!!) in each and two bathrooms - essential for the mad morning charge for the ski school. Adequate kitchen facilities allowed us to cook in a few nights to allow the kids to chill out while watching Netflix on the TV. It is a 10 minute walk into Soll (with 10 & 11 year olds) and a short drive up to the main Soll gondala or down the road to Scheffau. Overall ideal location for a family ski trip!

Great Ski Holiday

This is our second year running at Bergviewhaus, and once again we were not disappointed. The owner Lenny and family were welcoming, always on hand to help with anything, such as booking taxis, skis, getting our lift passes. The apartment was clean modern and as the pictures show. Would recommend and will book again.

Fabulous apartment, holiday and village.

The apartment was very good had everything we needed for a family of four but also big enough if there are more of you. Great location pretty walk to the centre and to the ski lift although the ski bus stops outside the apartments so you don't have to walk if you don't want to. Soll is a lovely village with all that we wanted a couple of large food shops, cafes and restaurants. The locals are very friendly and Lenny and family are perfect owners, helpful and there if needed. We will return.
