Good location. Quiet room. Food was ok but expensive. My room was too hot- between 25 and 26c. The controller didn't work. I asked for this to be looked at twice but nothing was done. In addition people were smoking in other rooms and the smoke was getting into my room. The mattress protector made the bed too warm. All of this resulted in an uncomfotable poor nights sleep every night. I won't stay in this Hotel again.
Amazing spa, gym. the hotel has a semi-olympic swimming pool (25mtr) with 4 large lines. All equipment available (flippers, boards,....). Recommend for swimmers (open at 7:00 morning time). Staff from the reception is extremelly helpful and polite. Good breakast.
Room service would need a little bit more choice
It was amazing and we've got uograded with love but the most important all thr team is amazing and the casino is very cool, nice casino and I won lol and some great bar and free drinka, so really nothing to complain

Outdated hotel near main bus station
The hotel definitely is outdated and needs renovation. Environment is really busy. Perfect SPA but swimming pool is crowded,so on my 2 days stay I didn’t manage to use it because of that. Staff is friendly , except security guy, who acting like he works in prison, but not at 5 star hotel.

The A/C system is one for the hotel so no individual options,
If the system is set to heat you can't have cool.
If your going to use the Casino better bring a gas mask with you as it reeks from cigarettes smoke and every one there is in LOW spirits and bummed out, the equipment is ancient, croupiers are rude and drink service is very slow . Rather go to the Casino at the Intercontinental where you will hear laughter and folks having a good time.
I stayed at hotel for 3 nights. When l was checked in there was no hot water at hotel ( since one day ago ) and even no hot water they never informed that situation. Also Hotels.com never informed us and no money back.Even no reservation cancelation. I have talked virtual agent from Hotels com that he said " hotels com just convey the situation to Ramada no pay back and cancel the reservation. I stayed at hotel 3 nights without hot water. At the same time l have reserved a room from the hotel around the area , l took my showers there. That was my last reservation from Hotels.com and Ramada the Hotels.com was very good at the beginning but not they are the worst. Just collecting the money not interesting the rest...
It was amazing to stay a night in Ramada by Wyndham. Pretty central to all lication and public transport especially Central Tran and Bus staions Sofia. I thabk Hotel.com for upgrading my stay from another hotel who let me down. Cheers

Easy to reach via taxi from the airport. Free Cash macine on site. Casino available but no entry without your Passport. Check on was extremely slow and painful despite only us checking in.
Swimming Hats must be worn in the pool and sides around the pool are extremely slippy. We booked a room with Air Con and it was roasting in the rooms (2 rooms 4 nights) but when we enquired they said it is only available for certain times of the year...... It was uncomfortably hot. Bar was good and service was fine

Velena was extremely helpful as was the other young female receptionist. I find the female receptionists really nice, but the male receptionists arrogant. However the male manager is great.
