Great place to stay and to enjoy life
It was amazing and we've got uograded with love but the most important all thr team is amazing and the casino is very cool, nice casino and I won lol and some great bar and free drinka, so really nothing to complain

Outdated hotel near main bus station
The hotel definitely is outdated and needs renovation. Environment is really busy. Perfect SPA but swimming pool is crowded,so on my 2 days stay I didn’t manage to use it because of that. Staff is friendly , except security guy, who acting like he works in prison, but not at 5 star hotel.

Its quite central.The rooms are not that spacious,but comfy. Overall the location is good.

Hotel was the princess in the 80's now perhas Earl
The A/C system is one for the hotel so no individual options, If the system is set to heat you can't have cool. If your going to use the Casino better bring a gas mask with you as it reeks from cigarettes smoke and every one there is in LOW spirits and bummed out, the equipment is ancient, croupiers are rude and drink service is very slow . Rather go to the Casino at the Intercontinental where you will hear laughter and folks having a good time.

The worst experience by Hotels.com
I stayed at hotel for 3 nights. When l was checked in there was no hot water at hotel ( since one day ago ) and even no hot water they never informed that situation. Also Hotels.com never informed us and no money back.Even no reservation cancelation. I have talked virtual agent from Hotels com that he said " hotels com just convey the situation to Ramada no pay back and cancel the reservation. I stayed at hotel 3 nights without hot water. At the same time l have reserved a room from the hotel around the area , l took my showers there. That was my last reservation from Hotels.com and Ramada the Hotels.com was very good at the beginning but not they are the worst. Just collecting the money not interesting the rest...

It was amazing to stay a night in Ramada by Wyndham. Pretty central to all lication and public transport especially Central Tran and Bus staions Sofia. I thabk Hotel.com for upgrading my stay from another hotel who let me down. Cheers

Hayatımda kaldığım en berbat Otel
Körü yorumlar vardı ama her yeriçin yapılıyor diye düşünmüştüm. Ama bütün kötü yorumlar fazlası ile doğru. Pis, eski, bütün otel kokuyor, çalışanlar ilgisiz bilgisiz. Berbat bir yer asla önünden bile geçmeyin.

Easy to reach via taxi from the airport. Free Cash macine on site. Casino available but no entry without your Passport. Check on was extremely slow and painful despite only us checking in. Swimming Hats must be worn in the pool and sides around the pool are extremely slippy. We booked a room with Air Con and it was roasting in the rooms (2 rooms 4 nights) but when we enquired they said it is only available for certain times of the year...... It was uncomfortably hot. Bar was good and service was fine

Velena was extremely helpful as was the other young female receptionist. I find the female receptionists really nice, but the male receptionists arrogant. However the male manager is great.

La principale raison du choix de l'hôtel était la grande piscine et l'emplacement, nous avons étés préparés pour quelque inconvéniences, mêmes défauts, d'après les critiques que j'ai lues. Tout s'est avéré bien meilleur que prévu, littéralement tout est impeccable, personnel très attentionné et professionnel, qualité de nettoyage irréprochable, excellents lits et draps, aide avec les bagages. Le SPA et le jardin intérieur avec gazebos méritent des mots séparés. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux, les mesures sanitaires sont excellentes. Le casino n'affecte en rien le silence, le sommeil était excellent. Très bien
