Lovely little modern hotel tucked in off the Main Street. Good location - walking distance to the main square. Nice room with modern bathroom. I only stayed one night but it was good value for money and a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful boutique hotel set back off the street. The room is gorgeous with premium bedding, great a/c and one of the best showers I have ever used. Water pressure is not a problem here. Highly recommend.

Incredibly nice and welcoming staff, even being willing to have breakfast ready in time for a very early flight the next morning. Good room and a very convenient location, but the service is what shines through and puts this hotel far above the rest.

The location was very central, within walking distance of the main attractions, yet the hotel itself was quiet and pleasantly removed from the street noise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We also really appreciated the breakfast service, where you can choose what you’d like to eat and specify the time it’s served.

The hotel is great. The rooms were very nice and clean. Hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. The location is great. There is metro station just down the street. Most places in central part of town are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Sofia.

Charming boutique hotel tucked away in central Sofia. Recently renovated, with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to prepare an early morning breakfast and to arrange a taxi to the international bus station, which was a huge help as we had a lot of luggage.

Staff is very nice and polite. Hotel is very nice and elegant. Breakfast can be improved a little bit more with a wider choice,but it is ok. Room was very nice, big and clean but it was a too cold and I had to run the heating for full stay to get it a bit warmer. Overall is a good hotel

The Pleasant Stay

The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly kind and polite. They prepared special breakfasts tailored to each guest, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Sofia.
