"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! ..."

"Everything was great with the exception of the fitness room. Overall, everything was excellent, but the fitness room needs an upgrade, especially the treadmill. The belts were very loose other than that, Grand Hotel Sofia is absolutely Stunning."
