Hotel was very nice and huge. The room was spacious as well as Clean. The shower didn’t have a door so the floor would be soaking wet once the shower was turned on.Other than that our stay was great.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the highlight of my stay.
The staff was cordial but they didn’t speak English. I met a doorman Enrique Lui on our second to last day who was able to speak to us in English. He showed us how to take the bus and the train which was a major help to us. Thank you Enrique

It’s a very nice “boutique hotel”! Depending on what one wants or expects, it might not be exactly that. If one wants a larger hotel with fancy lobby and big rooms, this is not it. However, the staff are super friendly, overall very clean and comfortable hotel. It’s within walking distance of some of the best tourist attractions including the Bazaar and famous mosques. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Be aware that this hotel is in an old neighborhood with small roads that might or might not be open to car traffic all the time. Rooftop restaurant and the food was great.
Overall, it is a nice hotel if you are not with a family. Rooms are small and some have no windows!

Was mislead by reception staff. Rang and asked if they had an airport pick up service. Was told the cost would be 5000 lira from Istanbul Airport, but was charged 6000 when I got to the hotel. Apparently they forgot to mention the extra “ tax”. Which I found to be very un genuine.

The spa was too busy. They did not do the service although they charged. They also overcharged me for everything because I am a woman and a foreigner. Usual Istanbul.
