L'homme Blanc - Soizy-aux-bois

Located in the town of Soizy-aux-Bois, between Épernay and Sézanne, the “L’homme blanc” holiday rental is ideally situated at a crossroads for exploring numerous tourist attractions. The 165-square-meter cottage is situated on our 3,600-square-meter main property, in a farmhouse with a traditional Briard style. The oldest parts of the building date back to the 16th century; it originally served as stables for the castle and later as a coaching post during the Napoleonic era. A stream bearing the same name, “Le Ru de l’Homme Blanc,” runs through the property and is adjacent to the stables. The cottage features a very comfortable living area as well as a unique fitness space. For trail riders, drawing on our experience (organising equestrian rallies), we offer trail routes and high-quality facilities. You’ll enter the cottage through the main room (41 m²), which has a lovely, charming atmosphere and features a living area and a fully equipped kitchenette. The private, south-facing garden, approximately 80 m², features a patio, a garden table and chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. The cottage features 3 bedrooms upstairs (approximately 12 m² each), tastefully and originally decorated, 2 lovely bathrooms with walk-in showers, 2 separate toilets, a washing machine, and a dryer. With a commitment to environmental responsibility, the cottage’s design and furnishings utilise high-quality, eco-friendly materials. The cottage is equipped with energy-efficient lighting as well as a wood-burning stove with high thermal efficiency. The wellness area (51 m²), dedicated specifically to your well-being (a true highlight and unique feature of our cottage), is equipped with a separate shower, allowing you to enjoy this space in complete comfort and hygiene. Sheets and the cleaning fee are included. The SPA option and horseback riding accommodation should be arranged directly with the owner.
