This ground level oceanfront condominium will delight you with nightly sunsets. Recently renovated, it provides a comfortable home base to return to after exploring the beachy town of Solana Beach. Walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife, or hop in the car for an easy drive to any of San Diego's popular attractions.
Barbecue in the evenings before settling in on the comfortable couch to play backgammon or have movie night on the 65" smart TV.
In unit washer dryer to avoid checking luggage so you can spend more time at the beach.
Fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, although you'll want to reserve some nights for the Solana Beach restaurant scene.

Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a gated community on the bluffs of Solana Beach with beautiful landscaping. It features a community pool, two spas and four tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room including ping pong and billiards as well as racket and ball rentals for the tennis courts. There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets, but you won't need it while staying at Sea Gem. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex.
A small coastal town, Solana Beach is known for wide and secluded sandy beaches and great restaurants. Check out "Belly Up," a unique concert venue for nighttime entertainment. Surfy vibes, laid back, and pretty, Solana Beach has it all. You're just two blocks to the Cedros Avenue Design District where you'll discover more than 85 distinctive shops, retailers, and eateries that are sure to speak to your style. The condo is within walking distance of a variety of shopping, great restaurants, the Del Mar Race Track and fairgrounds, and the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland.
In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.
Please Note: The Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a non-smoking complex. Fireplace and outdoor fire table are non-functional.
Garage height 6'8". Due to close proximity to steep bluff, this property may not be suitable for children.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach.

Delightful and relaxing condo, right on the cliffs at Solana Beach, with easy access down to the sand. Beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. Amazing views and incredible sunsets. We would visit again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting from check-in, extra paperwork to sign, had to pick up keys from the R.E. office..(understaffed) Large complex, subterranean parking, quite a distance from garage, to elevator to unit! Overall, the unit was sufficient, no ice maker in frig🙃, ( 1 SMALL ice cube tray) phone calls would not connect from inside unit only text messages.. Had been looking forward to the beach and especially the view from the unit... unfortunately you can’t really see the beach from inside.. and we never ventured down the steep steps to the beach😎 these were a few of the drawbacks for us..we are seniors, but overall.. enjoyed our stay.
