Stunning ocean front unit~a front row seat for sand and sea. A two bedroom two bath corner unit with not one but two spacious view balconies. Tastefully remodeled with a contemporary flair this unit has an abundance of light with an easy floor plan that lives large. The unit overlooks the Pacific for a spectacular view of the breathtaking sunsets. Two tennis courts, four swimming pools include two ocean front pools, walk to Del Mar Race Track, shops and restaurants. This ocean front complex has private access to the beach. Close to everything yet a very private and quiet complex with a lot of open space. Two assigned covered garage parking spaces.
