"The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The window lock on the ground floor room did not work well. The toilet was small and full, and the bathroom was rather cramped. Breakfast was adequate and the air-conditioning heating worked well.. all in all good value."

"Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! We waited half an hour to check in because she was dealing with an extremely difficult guest. This lady was not listening to what Stephanie was telling her. The guest was extremely abrasive, condescending, and rude….it was horrible. Then when the guest found out she was wrong about all of her negative assumptions, she didn’t even apologize for her behavior."
