"The hotel was really nice and clean.The beds weren't very comfortable,other than that we enjoyed our stay.The staff was very friendly and helpful.It is also pet friendly, ao we were able to have our yorkie with us."

"The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay."

"The bed was super comfy. Plenty of room. The sleeper sofa was too soft for me, but the other seating worked fine as I wasn't in much except when it rained, or getting dark. Lighting was good. Able to read without any trouble. Had everything needed in kitchen. The toaster doesn't have a crumb catch pan, so I just used a cookie sheet and that worked fine. The neighborhood was very quiet and being gated, very safe. Lots close by, like Publix, restaurants, shops, thrifts, etc."

"Love Phoenix on the Bay! The lazy river is the main reason I stay and it is the best...and this time we had a treat enjoying the company of a Blue Heron! This unit was very nice and clean. My questions were answered very quickly. It was close to the parking area. Everything was in working order. No complaints. Enjoyed it!"

"The folks at Alabama Get Aways were super responsive. The responses were always timely and all the help that they provided was very valuable. I never had to wait for a response and they worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable during our whole day. The unit was very clean well stocked and the whole property is lovely with lots of options and outdoor pool lazy river indoor pools Jacuzzis tennis court above and a basketball court beside. The unit was lovely. Only suggestion would be to change out the air filters so the unit smells more fresh. We bought a couple of Glade plug-ins and resolved the issue very well. Thank you so much for accommodating our extra guest who slept on the fold out bed with air mattresses. It made her sleeping situation ideal. Overall this unit in Alabama getaways was a very pleasant experience and we will be back!"

"Love the property!!! Overall express excellent! The property management company was great!! Very responsive. Check in went good. The code would not work but within a couple of minutes the management company responded and reset the code. "
