The room was clean and spacious. Staff were always friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast was including and not too bad! Enjoyed assortments of bagels and a small variety of jelly’s available and cream cheese and butter. Coffee with different flavored creamers available as well as hot tea. There are a few different cereals to choose from and some fruits such as apples, bananas, and oranges. Yogurt and oatmeal are available as well. Check in was smooth and so was check out. We are appreciative of such a lovely place with a homey vibe. Thank you for having us!

It was a place to rest and refresh while driving around the Kenai Peninsula. Free breakfast was nice. The restaurant was closed, so we could not experience that. The bed was comfortable. The TV controller was a little challenging to get to work at first. Really appreciated having a mini fridge to store our snacks. The top shelf did freeze. Not high end luxury but it hit the mark when we needed a place to stay for a night.

The good: the heat worked, the room was large, and the beds were comfortable enough. The bad: the staff was very unconcerned about the customers, the bathrooms were pretty nasty looking. I felt like I needed to shower after I took a shower. The first clue should have been the front desk clerk. When I walked in, she was telling a guest to give the heat time and that they did not have any more heaters to give. When I ask about the heat, she said that those guests were in the lodge. She was very nonchalant and uncaring. We had another couple staying with us and their room did not have heat. They gave them space heaters when they complained. They also said the room was nasty and the walk up the rickety steps inside the building was a little alarming. I would definitely not stay here again.

Really dirty outside. Sketchy at best. Run down to the point of exhaustion. Photo does not match. Fans in the room do not push air. Staff were helpful and that was and is very appreciated. The property was over sold in the Expedia ad and way underperformed. WOULD NOT recommend for a stay. Very unfortunate. I had an opportunity not to book due to a credit card error, I truly wish I had taken the opportunity not to complete.

The front desk was less than enthusiastic to check me in. The room was clean and adequate for our stay. Overall if you’re looking for a clean bed and a place to get some sleep it wasn’t bad.

The best I can say about this motel is that it's "just okay". It's far from great, but it's also not a total dump either. It's just adequate for a short stay in town when the other hotels are either booked or too expensive. The room I had was very large and relatively clean. The bed and pillows sucked. They're about what you expect in a very average motel. The "continental breakfast" they offer is just absolute garbage. When you stay here, expect that you'll have to eat out for breakfast. The other negative about my room was that both sink handles gave hot water. There was no cold water option.
