Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort

"My daughter and I had a great time at the resort! The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions, and everyone was polite and welcoming overall. There are also several different food options to choose from, and the food we had was good. Since this is a family-friendly resort, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it’s a great place for families to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. We did have one incident where housekeeping accidentally threw away a purchase we had made from the gift shop. As soon as we contacted the front desk, the staff were right on it and did their best to help. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to locate the items, but we were able to purchase the same items again, and the resort credited us for the original purchase without any issues. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated how helpful and responsive the staff were, and we will definitely be coming back!"

"This property is amazing and well kept. This was an actual full resort, tucked away in total privacy. The staff was not only friendly but they were extremely helpful. The room and the resort was beautiful and spacious. The highlight was the beach and pool. The pool was amazing. It was so big and the beach was a few steps away. The property is huge but complimentary transportation is a phone call away. The restaurants were great too. I'm vegan and each restaurant that I visited catered to my needs. I will definitely be going back. ❤️"

"Self check in instructions were very clear. There were no issues and the property is beautiful. The room is a bit smaller than pictured but theres adequate storage. My only complaint is the shower was cold water and did not get warm at all. The town was only a 5 minute drive away. Breakfast was self service with waffle mix to make your own waffles along with toast, butter, PB&J. The breakfast room had bottles of water as well as the ice machine which was super nice."
