  • We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay in our apartment carefree and relaxed, whether you stay only a few days or for a longer time.
    Our apartment is located in the heart of Solingen and is very central and yet in a quiet location. Gastronomy, bakeries, supermarkets, theaters, shopping center bus and petrol station within 5 minutes walking distance. Train and highway in all directions within a few minutes. Excursions or relaxing trails are right outside the front door, zb. Corkscrew rope or bear hole. At boredom books, satellite TV and board games are available.
    - We can accommodate up to 12 people. A double bed for 2 pers. A bunk bed for 3 pers. A sofa bed for 2 pers. A bunk bed for 2 pers. 1 sofa bed for 2 pers. and a sofa for 1 pers. There are enough closets for your clothes. The very comfortable living, - kitchens and - dining area are the hours on the couch a true feel-good oasis.

Mehr Schein als sein

In der Küche fehlten Türen am Schrank, die äußere Glasscheibe am Backofen fehlt. Der Gerschirrspühler lief noch mit Geschirr der Vorherigen Mieter. Die Stühle waren nicht die auf dem Foto sondern alte unbequeme Stühle.Leider gab es keine Vorhänge für das Schlafzimmer unten, die ganze Nacht schien die Straßen Laterne ins Zimmer.

In der Wohnung gab es kein Wlan, die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Einrichtung. Ware enttäuschend für uns. Kaffeemaschine braucht ewigkeiten, Herd genauso. Ist renovierungsbeürftigt.

Wir waren mit ca. 10 Personen und zwei kleinen Kindern dort und hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende unter Freunden mit kleinen Ausflügen zu Fuß ins Grüne.

Sauber, großzügig

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte super. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr geräumig (man kann vermutlich zwölf Personen statt vier unterbringen), gut ausgestattet. Was uns als Familie gefehlt hat, war die Gemütlichkeit - deswegen auch nur vier Sterne. Aber für zwei Nächte durchaus ok.

Soweit alles super!

1 Badezimmer für 8 Personen war eine kleine Herausforderung (12 Personen können ja sogar übernachten). Nach Düsseldorf braucht man ca. 45 Minuten mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ist aber soweit trotzdem eine gute Lage! Bei der Kommunikation muss ich ein Lob aussprechen! Top! Man hat wirklich schnell Antwort bekommen👍🏻
