Important Winter Access Information
For stays from November 1 through April 15, please review the following before booking:
- Guests must arrive in a vehicle equipped with approved winter tires marked with the three-peak mountain snowflake symbol (3PMSF), or carry approved traction devices, as required by applicable canyon traction rules.
- Plan to arrive by 8:00 p.m. during active snowfall to reduce the likelihood of encountering unplowed roads.
- Do not use Uber or Lyft to travel to this property. Rideshare vehicles may not meet winter traction requirements and may be unable to reach the home or return for pickup.
- The home can accommodate a maximum of four vehicles. Whenever possible, vehicles should be parked in the garage so snow removal crews can access the surrounding areas.

Please note, the return walk to the home is uphill for approximately 500 feet.
