Renovated 2026! Air-Conditioned Apartment with Seaview, shared pool and Wi-Fi in Port de Sóller

Only a few meters from the sea, the apartment Montemar 33 is located in Port de Sóller and enchants guests with its communal outdoor area and a great view of the turquoise blue sea. The apartment has a living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a TV. A baby bed and a high chair are available upon request. Outside, there is a covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue for your private use, where you can enjoy meals together over a glass of wine. The community pool (shared with 40 other apartments) and outdoor showers also provide refreshment on warm summer days. A supermarket is 4 km away, while a selection of restaurants as well as the beach Platja d'en Repic are only 200 m or a short walk from the property.

Lovely location, clean apartment. We will stay again.

Pros: We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment as it was base for us as we were working on the island. It was clean, spacious and in a great location for Port de Soller. Cons: The sewage in the bathrooms was very smelly, immediately on check in the bathrooms did smell pretty bad. The smell would come and go, it might be down to the overall sewage network on the position of the apartments. Lots of mosquitos around the apartment, not a lot you can do as it's not the apartments fault, but just to be forewarned that you can't have windows open overnight. The apartment was very clean on arrival, but if you looked a bit closer the place was tired and needs a bit of an uplift. The showers were hit and miss with water to hot, and then suddenly going cold. Lots of dead mosquitos smacked on the walls...that kind of thing. But generally minor points which would enhance the stay if addressed.

The apartment is in a great location overlooking the port, and the view is amazing. The check in instructions made finding everything just easier. Do not stay here. I saw other reviews talking about a sewage smell, but assumed that because they were old, the issue was probably fixed. We didn't encounter the smell until the first morning and it was awful. On check in, the apartment smelled generally musty, like there was mildew. The shower flooded the bathroom within minutes, and there was no soap in either bathroom. We also spent about 20 minutes killing mosquitoes in the bedroom before we could sleep. On top of that, the iron didn't work. I contacted the host about all of this, and my concerns were largely dismissed, though he did offer to send someone to check on the shower. He said soap is not a "customary amenity" in Spain, but the selling point of this area is the beach and nearby hiking, so it makes no sense not to have that. I explained that my wife and I could not stay our remaining 2 nights due to the smell and other issues and requested a refund, but my request was denied. We checked into a beautiful hotel down the hill, which had not only soap, but shampoo and conditioner as well. Stay at Pure Salt instead.

It is obvious that the photos are very old. In no way do they represent the condition of the property.The property is "tired" and certainly in need of refurbishment. The dishwasher did not work - we used it once and the dishes were still unclean. The fridge had shelves missing. The crockery, glasses and cutlery were all mismatched, many of which needed replacing.The air conditioning in the lounge poured water onto the lounge floor - we had to use towels to mop it up. Used once only.All the bedroom walls were covered in the remains of mosquitos and blood where they had been killed, no attempt had been made to clean them. Very unpleasant and unhygienic.The view of the port was masked by the vegetation that had been allowed to grow in front of the outside dining area which was a shame.The parking was off road, on a road full of potholes, even though there was a gated car park outside the apartment.Two addresses were given which was very confusing.There is no way you can carry your cases up 200 steps to the apartment so no need really to list this address.For the cost of the apartment (not cheap) we were expecting a 4/5 star apartment, so were extremely disappointed with the quality of the fixtures and fittings, the poor amenities and the general state of the place. Compensation would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Property had a musty smell, which was partly related to Port Soller Sewerage. Once the sewerage smell went the apartment continued to have an awful stench. We had to spend the min amount of time. We couldn’t open the windows and doors as there were several cats who seemed very at home. We are both highly allergic to cats. We couldn’t get rid of them. In addition the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, The Agents seemed uninterested in helping. They did offer a refund, but only if we moved out before the end. Which was not possible as Port Soller was fully booked. Do not stay at this place.

Good once rectified

We stayed for 7 nights and did a self check in. We had to use off street parking as no gate fob was given for private apartment parking but this was not a problem. The apartment is right at the top so 200 steps from the beach which was quite tiring in the heat but the view was amazing. The apartment smelt foisty and felt dirty with squashed blood stains from Mosquitos up the walls of the smaller bedroom and glasses and bowls were in shorter supply. On speaking to the agent a new supply of glasses snd cereal bowls were delivered and the cleaner was sent back to clean. This did help a lot. There are lots of mosquitos so take repellant for inside the apartment. No beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. Only one bath towel and one face towel each are provided for entire stay. Second bedroom is tiny and both bedrooms very dated. Pool nice but broken loungers around it and broken tiles. Overall the best thing was the view. I would not stay here again.

Ausblick sehr schön, Treppensteigen anstrengend aber steigert die Fitness, Ausstattung ok, Probleme beim Abfluss des Wassers in der Dusche (sehr langsam), Mückenschutz in den Fenstern im Zweibettzimmer müssten erneuert werden, tatsächlich steigt manchmal der Abwassergeruch aus der gesamten Wohnanlage in die Luft, trotz Waschmaschine kein Wäscheständer vorhanden (haben uns selbst eine Leine gespannt), Liegemöbel auf der Terrasse wären schön, wir haben die Ausstattung um eine Paella-Pfanne ergänzt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, auch aufgrund der Lage!

Petit séjour pour découvrir ce côté de l'île : port se Soller, Soller en tramway pour y finir la journée. Aller retour au torrent de Pareis en bateau. Bon resto sur le port.

Pros: Gut ausgestattet, traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse und schöner kleiner Gemeinschaftspool. Cons: Es müssten ein paar Sachen erneuert werden, wie z.B. der Geschirrspüler. Aber Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert.

Lägenheten passade oss utmärkt, hit kan vi tänka oss att återvända! Den ligger på en höjd, så man måste acceptera många trappor till och från bostaden. Bil kan man parkera lätt på gatan utanför. Badrummen är slitna men ok. Utsikten från den stora altanen är fantastisk. Poolen ligger bara 15 meter bort.

Großzügige Wochenende mit traumhaftem Blick

Montemar 33 ist eine großzügige Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Sehr praktisch ist das zweite Bad und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick und den Pool ums Eck. Gerne wieder!

Superbe lieu

Petit port à taille humaine, un petit train typique et des possibilités pour visiter en bus. Aller a deia, à soller à port de pollenca, au far de formentor....sachant que les durées de trajets sont assez importantes étant donné le relief !

Helt ok.

Leiligheten var ren og fin men bassengområdet var sjuskete. Stygge solsenger som var slengt rundt uten system, bare rotete og stygt. Frista ikke å ligge ved bassenget i det hele tatt. Mange trapper å gå, 190 trinn til vår leilighet.
