Relax in this comfortable mountain home with a private swimming pool, offering stunning views of the sea, the town of Sóller and the Serra de Tramuntana. Just minutes from the centre of Sóller and close to spectacular beaches such as Cala Deià, Sa Calobra and Cala Tuent. Fully equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace and complete privacy to enjoy Mallorca to the fullest.
On arrival, you will find private parking for one car and a set of steps leading down to the main entrance. From the very first moment, you will be impressed by the spectacular panoramic views the house offers: the Mediterranean Sea, the majesty of the mountains and the charming town of Sóller stretch out before you from several points of the property.
The living room, with fireplace, sofa and flat-screen television, opens directly onto a terrace where the landscape becomes part of the home. It is the perfect place to relax in the evening, watching the sun set behind the mountains and bathe the town and the sea in warm colours.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table. From here, there is access to two bedrooms, both with large double beds. Between them is a full bathroom with shower and washbasin.
The main terrace offers an unbeatable space for breakfast, reading or simply admiring the view. By going down an external staircase, you reach the pool area, which also enjoys direct views of the sea, the mountains and Sóller. Here you will find an outdoor shower, a full bathroom, a sun terrace with loungers and a small covered porch with a table for dining or relaxing in the shade.
On the lower level there is also a laundry area with washing machine, iron and space for drying clothes. From here, you can also see some of the animals and pets on the estate, adding a natural and authentic touch to your experience.
This house is not only comfortable and well equipped, but is designed for you to enjoy some of the best views on the island, in a setting that combines sea, mountains and a traditional Mallorcan town in a single panorama.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the property. This includes the living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, both bedrooms, the main bathroom, the terrace with panoramic views, as well as the pool area with outdoor bathroom, shower, sun terrace and porch. They may also freely use the laundry area with washing machine and iron. The entire house and its outdoor spaces are at your disposal to enjoy in complete privacy.
