Bellavista is a charming apartment offering one bedroom, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, living-dining room, and a comfortable terrace with spectacular views of the Port of Sóller.

The apartment is accessed by going down a set of stairs to reach the complex. It is located very close to the Jumeirah Hotel, which serves as a useful reference point.

Its excellent location — just 150 meters from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all services in the Port of Sóller — more than makes up for the stair access.

The large bedroom window offers a wonderful view of the port.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: coffee maker, juicer, toaster, microwave, iron, hairdryer, among others.

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi and Astra satellite TV channels. Thanks to its orientation, it receives sunlight throughout the day. It has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room

It is a perfect option for hiking enthusiasts, as it is ideally located for starting mountain trails. The town of Sóller is just a 5-minute drive away, although you can also get there comfortably on the iconic Sóller tram.

From Sóller, you can also take the famous train to Palma — a highly recommended experience if you're visiting the valley for the first time.

For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.

On top of the hill at Puerto Sóller

The view from the balcony was great and the apartment had all the equipment we needed. The car parking was very difficult and I was blocked in several times. Fortunately, I am an excellent driver and could extricate my car. The apartment has nowhere to prepare food as the only available horizontal surface is the glass covered dining table. For me this was a big negative as I relax cooking. Also there was no dishwasher.

Communication with host was great - some great tips. Agree with previous posts, you need to be active & mobile for the walk up from the harbour .. but it was great to relax on the balcony when you get there. The steps, through the wooded area at the bottom of the complex definitely a useful shortcut. Take a torch to help on the way back.Bus connections about 10/15 mins downhill from the apartment..

We loved Port de Soller and the little home.For us was perfect all the ups and downs, the hills and the stairs (cardio was part of my vacation), but you need to rent a car or a scooter if you are not an active person.Home is little and nice with everything you need.Remember you do not have shops close by, at least not up to the hills, if you forget something last minute.But neighbors are lovely and I had zero problems at all!Loved it

Super Blick auf die Bucht von der kleinen Terasse aus. Küchenausstattung etwas lieblos, aber so weit alles da, was man brauchte. Der Aufstieg vom Hafen mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Wohnung ist sportlich. Vielen Dank für Wein, Kaffee, Wasser und Obst - wir fühlten uns willkommen und mussten nicht gleich einkaufen gehen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Port de Soller

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Lage der Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt lief einwandfrei. Leider hatten wir direkt in der Wohnung unter uns und gegenüber eine Renovierung, so dass uns Baulärm im Urlaub weckte. Das war natürlich weniger schön.

Beautiful views

Das Apartment ist von der Lage wirklich schön. Sehr ruhig, der Balkon klasse. Bezüglich der Ausstattung müssten mal die Balkonmöbel wegen Defekt ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man benötigt. Toll war der schnelle Einsatz eines Technikers, als das Wasser mal abgestellt war wegen Arbeiten in einem anderen Apartment. Dies war wirklich super.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse

Die Wohnung liegt in Hanglage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sie ist wirklich gemütlich. Im Winter war der Elektroradiator sehr praktisch da es morgens und abends empfindlich kalt wurde . Virginia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet sofort auf Fragen.Der Aufstieg ist allerdings eher sportlich, für gehbehinderte Menschen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, uns hat es nicht gestört .Einige schöne Wandergebiete liegen direkt vor derHaustür . wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Magnifique

L'appartement est très agréable, propre et bien équipé. Il ne faut pas avoir peur des marches mais c'est un endroit parfait pour ceux qui aiment faire de la randonnée dans la montagne qui est très belle. Le GR221 n'est jamais très loin. Il vaut parfois mieux marcher pour aller voir les villages à proximité car il a des difficultés de stationnement sur presque toute l'île ou alors prendre le bus. Cependant à partir du 1er octobre certains endroits ne sont plus desservis , comme le cap formentor, le bus vous laisse à la playa de Formentor. Voiture indispensable pour celà. L'île est magnifique. Nous avons eu un super beau soleil.

Toller Wanderurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine nette, saubere Wohnung absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen und die Terasse war klasse. Wir wurden mit einem vollen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein willkommen geheissen. Allerdings ist der Weg in den Ort recht weit und wir haben mehrere Tage gebraucht, um die Abkürzungen zu finden. Eine Beschreibung im Vorfeld wäre nett. Die Wohnung liegt fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne und ist recht warm, was jetzt um Oktober zum Glück nicht so ein grosses Problem war.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Passende Größe und Aufteilung und Ausstattung/Aussicht. Kommunikation vor Anreise und Beschreibung zur Wohnung hat gut gepasst. Relaxtes Ankommen mit reichlichem Obstkorb+ Wasser und Wein im Kühlschrank für die Erstversorgung.Einfach super :-) Reichlich Handtücher und Geschirrtücher + Spülmittel vorhanden mit voll eingerichteter Küche. Bett war auch in Ordnung und im Schrank genug Bügel und sogar ein Safe vorhanden. Ab Mittag- Abends Sonne auf den Balkon. In der Umgebung ist es ruhig und ca. 15 min bergabwärts zur Promenade. Es empfiehlt sich Mückenspray/Duftkerze mitzunehmen und der Koffer sollte auch nicht zu groß sein wegen der Treppen zur Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen vorallem für einen Wanderurlaub.

Wir haben 12 entspannende Tage im schönen Port de Sóller verlebt. Alle beschriebenen Details haben gestimmt und wir konnten unseren Urlaub genießen. Ob selbst kochen oder essen gehen- alles ist möglich.Parkmöglichkeit in der Straße für beide Motorräder war immer möglich

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Der Balkon hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, da die Wohnung auf dem Berg liegt und man noch einige Stufen zur Wohnung laufen muss. Parksituation schwierig. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub und schönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bei der Parkplatz und Wohnungssuche (im Dunkeln nicht ganz so leicht zu finden ) hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank auch für den tollen Obstkorb. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön.
