Villa Puerto Apartment with Mountain Views, Pool, and Wi-Fi

Located in Sóller, Villa Puerto is just a 6-minute walk from the beach. This 100 m² holiday apartment is on the first floor (the house is all on one level, but a few steps lead up to it) and is ideal for couples. It features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available for little ones.



The private outdoor area offers an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and a pool—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant weather. Free street parking is available, though the area can be busy.



Pets, smoking, parties, and similar events are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Groups of young people under 30 are not permitted. Late check-in after 9:00 pm can be arranged for an extra fee.



A maintenance person will visit the pool and garden twice a week, always aiming to respect your privacy and the most popular pool times. During check-in, you will be informed of the exact days and times of these visits.
