Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job. "Just returned from a 4 night break at the PopAlp. We had an amazing stay at this hotel, we were greeted by Nicolas on reception who was warm and welcoming, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us, he is a credit to the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage. Breakfast was lovely everything you need from fruit, breads, pastries etc.The hot breakfast items like back & eggs could have been kept hotter but apart from this everything was "
