Escape the hustle and bustle of the city in this secluded loft apartment located in the picturesque grounds of the privately-gated, 20-acre Bella Toscana estate. Surrounded by vineyards, olive orchards, and oak trees, this idyllic retreat boasts panoramic daytime views, stunning sunrises and sunsets, and night star viewing. If you are looking for a relaxing wine country getaway, a space to dream and unwind in, or office space to work in, this private sanctuary is for you!

Surrounded by nature, the apartment is only a 5-minute drive to downtown Solvang, charming boutique shopping, tasting rooms, cozy coffee shops, fine dining, biking, golf, hiking, the Chumash Casino, and first class wineries in the heart of wine and horse country. Beautiful Lake Cachuma is only a 20-minute drive, and ocean beaches are located 30 minutes away.

This tranquil 1,100 sq ft space offers 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 full-sized bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, and large office space. Amenities include a 55" flat screen TV, Starlink WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, ample parking, and a peaceful garden area. Enjoy a glass of wine on your private balcony.

Sleeps 4 comfortably. Absolutely no additional or unregistered guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
Apartment is not ADA compliant. It is accessible via a flight of stairs from the driveway. Please do not book if you cannot navigate the outdoor staircase safely. We cannot accommodate children or pets. No smoking or parties permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. All bookings require a primary guest who is at least 25 years old. Self check-in with keypad.

Ample parking space in the gravel area. The garage below the apartment is for full-time tenants use only.

We live in the main house on the hill, and there is a separate guest house on the property that is rented to full-time tenants. Both are just a short walk from the apartment up private driveways. We kindly request that you observe the privacy of the full-time residents. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the estate by taking leisurely walks on the main road running through the property. We are in the country and there are bugs and wildlife. At night there is a chance of seeing a raccoon, skunk, deer, opossum, or coyote. They will very rarely approach or even come close. We are surrounded by working vineyards, and ranches, so you may see people on the ranches or in the vineyards throughout the day.
