"Online photos were deceiving. Hotel was outdated, very nasty, room smelled like mildew. Was given another room only to find the FRIDGE SITTING IN THE SHOWER! My son’s room also had a smell, last night of stay water starting dripping down in the bathroom and eventually the ceiling fell down. General manager, Anthony Farrah never followed up, refused to take our calls and didn’t return our calls when we reached out. By the way my son did not receive a refund and I was charged even though I left the property the night I checked in due to the conditions of the rooms."

"the restaurant was good and bar well stocked, parking $50 per night, the parking attendant was very helpful He had to go and get the check in person to end a personal conversation. We checked in approximately 6 pm and the experience was very poor, he did not explain the parking just told us to go park in the lot and that didn’t work well. finally went to the valet and he was helpful. Considering that the check-in manager is the face of the hotel, not a very positive first impression of the hotel!"
