The was dirty, the floor had gaps where they didn’t meet you can hear the flashing of the toilets in the the floor above it echo in constant noise made it unable to sleep

The hotel is rundown. There was an old derelict rusting/rotting cadillac suv in the parking lot just outside the office with 2 flat tires. The first room I was in the TV had no channels and the swing arm lock was broken. The 2nd room I was in was better but still old and run down.

The rooms advertised on the site are not the rooms you will get. Loud parking lot with people arguing off the balcony at all times of the night. Rooms were dirty with the bottom of the bathroom door missing because it was clawed off by some animal trying to get out.

I was traveling with my 3 children for my youngest birthday so I was looking to have a great experience but was disappointed. Upon checking in I noticed the property was a little run down. Wasn’t what the website described. Once walking into the room, the room was ok. However, when my daughter went to use the bathroom, the toilet and tub was dirty. The water in the sink came out brown. I immediately left out the room, explained to the manager what occurred and requested for a full refund. The manager showed no concerns of what I complained about at all and my refund was given back with no problem. I had to spend the next few hours after finding another hotel for my children and I to stay. It’s nasty and disgusting, deserves no stars. Definitely looks like a homeless shelter or rehab. I would never recommend this hotel nor would I ever go back.

Breakfast?

Breakfast was supposed to be available from 6-9 AM. Only was available 2 of 4 days. Not a full breakfast menu when it was available. Bring a cooler to keep your food and drinks cold. The ice machine worked so didn't have to buy any. The hotel is connected to a Hooters restaurant, which closes at 10 PM. Food was okay but plenty of other options near by. Joes Pizza at 18 Commerce st gets two thumbs up. Pool was a big plus after a long days work, but closes at 8 pm which is disappointing. Overall okay. Would stay here again as the price was right.
