Needed towels but friendly
"Our stay was for one night on our way to Gatlinburg. We had to ask for bath towels and didn't have wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. I did not like the comforter but that was just my preference, my husband liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
