"Everything was tip top shape! But the indoor pool wasn’t heated brrr I chose this hotel because it was a salt water indoor “heated “pool. And granddaughter wasn’t very happy :-( "

"I booked the room and paid in the app, I later realized that when I checked in my card was charged again. The guy at the desk asked for a $40 cash deposit, when I refused and asked for a refund and I would just stay else where he waived the deposit but made threats that he would charge my card for any damages. Barely any hot water for showers. There was a door to an adjoining room that was stuck in the open position. Nothing about our stay felt safe. When I told the guy at the desk he charged me again for the same room he laughed and shook his head yes. "
