The Lake House, Pond, 3 Min to Lake, Pets Ok

  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Down the Road from Birch Creek Park & Lake Somerville. Kick off your boots & sit on the pier for fishing or watch the deer. Outdoor features include a firepit, patio with plenty of seating, BBQ pit, & a pond right up to the property. Interior finishes include two Queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses, a full kitchen for entertainment, Smart tv’s two full baths, laundry, & plenty of room to stretch for games and relaxation. 30 minutes from College Station or Brenham.

    Animals are allowed. We do have a strict animal policy, no animals inside any of the bedrooms due to carpet or on any furniture, if left unattended they must be outside or in crates, this includes emotional support animals only exception is for ADA under the control of the handler at all times. Fee is $100 and must be paid with booking.
