"Up in the mountainside surrounded by forest lays this beautiful monastery. We visit the monastery, tried the local wine and had dinner at the restaurant. It had a great view and it was silent and nice. Our room was clean and nice and the beds comfortable. We definitely want to come back again!"

"We loved this hotel. It was easy to access, cheap parking across the street and a short walk to the main areas of town. We had a private porch with a view up the mountain. We slept well and enjoyed our time there. Notes for other travelers: the parking machine is $4 per day but only takes coins; most places in town only take cash; breakfast is only offered on weekends; coffee is for sale by machine but it only takes coins. "

"This was an unusual hotel. First, it was located in an industrial area, away from convenient access to the town. Second, our stay was over a weekend when absolutely no one was there at the desk for the entire time. Poor people from Switzerland were confused as there was no one to check them out, so they had to just leave. We had no on-site restaurant for the weekend, and saw no one until Monday morning. "Beautiful decorated clean modern rooms with an amazing view over the vineyards. We were pleased with both the evening meal and breakfast - with lots of amazing vegan food. We are definitely planning on coming back in summer because the terrace looks amazing and we would love to see the view again when everything is green!"
