About this property

Villa with a Pool in an Oasis of Tranquility

  • Come and settle into a peaceful retreat in Sommières, a charming medieval town (30) located 30 km from Nîmes, Montpellier, and the beaches. We’re renting out our fully equipped, single-story villa—170 m² in size—with 4 bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 8 (160×200 or 140×200), 2 bathrooms, and a large living room/kitchen.
    With its 1,800 m² of peaceful outdoor space, you can relax by the pool (secured by a sliding wooden deck), enjoy the barbecue, sip a mojito at the outdoor bar, or play pétanque, foosball, or ping-pong. Kids and adults alike can play on the large trampoline! The scrubland welcomes you just outside the house for a touch of nature, but you can also walk to all the village’s amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, bars, shops… You can stroll through the various weekly markets, wine markets, and night markets the village has to offer. The village festival will allow you to immerse yourself in the local culture.

Fab house Fab Location

Property was fab and completely as advertised and the pictures do it justice. Sommieres was a great village small town and we really enjoyed staying here. Communication was very good and clear and the one small problem we had was responded to v quickly. Would highly recommend.
