We loved this hotel. A little old fashioned, but the room was full of character, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The staff and the the atmosphere made us feel very welcome and relaxed. There is a bar and a restaurant on site. Definitely recommend it, would stay there again at the drop of a hat. About 2 minutes from the motorway and a lovely area to walk in. Shop and petrol station directly opposite. Perfect.

The hotel was easy to find, staff helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose this spot as a 'halfway' stop for our journey from Santander to Alicante. We have booked this hotel again for our return journey too.

Disappointing!

Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower room. No restaurant, just bar food. Expensive, considering the lack of facilities!! Glad to leave! Would not recommend!!

Alojamiento con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Restaurante en la planta baja. Personal atento. El emplazamiento es inmejorable, en lo alto del puerto de Somosierra, perfecto para excursiones a pie o en bicicleta. El precio muy contenido.

Sin aire acondicionado, sin ventilador, sin ascensor, sin señal de internet en la habitación, sin recepción apenas, encerrados desde las once de la noche hasta las siete de la mañana (no queremos pensar si se hubiera prendido un fuego).

Pagas por una habitación 60€ noche y estás condenado porque según los propietarios las puertas las cierran a ciertas horas y no puedes ni entrar ni salir del hostal porque no es 24h que nos entramos a posteriores después de alojarnos, al volver al hostal sobre las 00:00 de la noche, nos encontramos con las puertas cerradas sin poder ascender al interior del edificio para ir a nuestra habitación, tres puertas y las tres cerradas con llave y nadie qye este alojado tenia llave de las puertas, después de llamar a varios tlf nos cogieron supuestamente la dueña, y nos dijo que vendrían a abrir, nos habría un trabajador suyo que vivía allí....

Comment dire: Sale et très sale. Ni à visiter, ni à revisiter!!!!! Voici en photos l'état de mon lit après avoir levé le par-dessus; Des poiles, un lit mal fait voir pas du tout et des draps sale comme déjà utilisés en somme. De plus l'hôtel qui est fermé et sans réception de 22h -7h du matin à fini par me mettre en retard alors que j'avais demandé une ouverture de la porte d'entrée à 6h. J'ai donc dû me passer d'une nuit de sommeille et assumer une journée de travail difficile. Merci Hôtels.com le pour le choix de vos hébergements. Je réclame un remboursement immédiat.

Muy muy mejorable

La habitacion es normalita pero tenían la calefaccion muy alta y hemos pasado mucho calor. La limpieza escaseaba, había pelos en la ducha, polvo, y pelusas y porquería en el suelo. Debe ser que meten las pelusas debajo de la cama para que nadie lo vea. Se escucha cualquier ruido de otras habitaciones, cuando se duchan y cuando hablan. Por no hablar de la comida del restaurante del hostal, nosotros fuimos a cenar y fue horrible la comida y de mala calidad. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Horrible, la télévision sin instalar, los clientes no debemos buscar cables para poder ver la televisión. La calefacción apagada. Si en las habitaciones cercanas se duchan, el ruido es atronador. Dos noches alojados y ni si quiera te hacen la habitación. 120 euros por ese establecimiento es una estafa. No volveré allí jamás.

CHINCHES EN LAS HABITACIONES

Nuestra experiencia en este hostal ha sido pésima. HAY CHINCHES. LITERALMENTE y añado las fotos (que se ve el edredón azul de sus camas). Primero reservamos este hostal porque queríamos hacer una ruta por allí y no había muchas más opciones. Cuesta 55€ una noche cuando no debería costar ni 10 ya que no tiene nada bueno. Reservamos una habitación doble que al llegar allí no nos dieron. Nos pusieron en una habitación de dos camas que intentamos juntar y eran de diferentes alturas. Al llegar hacía frío en la habitación y al mirar el radiador nos quedamos flipando ya que está extremadamente sucio. Por la noche nos encontramos chinches en las cortinas, las sábanas y el suelo. Era la primera vez que veíamos algo así y tuvimos que hacerlas fotos para comprobar y no nos equivocamos. ¡Todavía me pica todo de pensarlo! Al mover las camas para mirar el colchón ¡tenía manchas amarillas! Fue completamente desagradable y asqueroso. Con lo del toque de queda no podíamos salir de la habitación y al día siguiente nos dio tanta vergüenza que decidimos irnos de allí lo antes posible, pero de mi comentario no se libran. ES PÉSIMO, ANTIGUO Y MAL CUIDADO, CARO, SUCIO E INSISTO TIENE CHINCHES, ES MUY MUY FUERTE. Y lo subiré a cualquier sitio donde pidan opinión. A nosotros nos han engañado, que no os pase a los demás

Por la madrugada la tele del bar a tope. A las 5 de la mañana golpes de barriles portazos.... Las camas muy incomodas, el baño sin lus y con restos de jabon en la ducha de los anteriores clientes
