"Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)"

"This was a lovely relatively new property away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were great with pool, spa and masssge facilities on site. Staff were very helpful and restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was the taps in the bathroom, as each turned in a different direction which had obviously caused problems with previous guests which had led to some damage of the fittings. The hot tap needs to be refitted as in thinking you were turning in off, you were actually turning it on fuller and due to the very high temperature it could lead to a scald. Nevertheless, overall this was a really good stay. A lot of building construction around the hotel but lovely views from within over the city. Would def stay here again."

"This was an amazing hotel. Very family friendly with a splash pad and playground on the 6th floor, and wonderful pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options for almost any breakfast hankering. We will visit this property again."

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."
