We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night."

The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness.
