"Room was clean and temperature control was good. The front desk staff was friendly and helped us to take care of our large sized delivery while we were out. Of course, glad that the hotel is right at Exit 6 of the station. "

"The room was clean and the amenities were easy to use. A lot of options, including healthy options, were available at the breakfast buffet. Checking in and checking out were easy and didn’t take much time. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were polite and helpful. The station for the bus #1960 taking us to and from the airport is conveniently located at a short distance from the hotel. Overall, I would gladly recommend this hotel to travellers to Taipei. "

"Breakfast is above and beyond your standard American breakfast package deal. The hotel and room are impeccably designed with a spectacular shower, comfortable bed, and a nice mini-kitchen. My only complaint as with many hotels is that I wish there were more drawers so I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase. A great stay otherwise!"

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"
