"王猛猛 Mr. Wang in the front desk recognized me when I walked in.( Last time I stayed here a while ago) He booked the room and answered my questions of the rooms I booked for others. He mad sure rooms of all my guests were on the same floor. When I checked out this morning, he remembered my booking dates in Nov. 7th, which is 9 days from now. The cleaning lady cleaned my room everyday with all the care even when I was in the meeting. My room is always fresh and clean like home. The ladies works in the cafe area in the lobby made sure my guests’ tea cup were filled for three hours. My guests were impressed of how the service was done. Traveling on the road to different countries for six months non stop, people in this hotel makes me feel at home. "
