As soon as you enter the property, you will be charmed by the atypical architecture of the villa and in particular its thatched roof and the poetry of its landscaped park.

On the 1st floor, accessible by stairs:

- A small gym area with treadmill, bike, and TV
- A 3rd bedroom with 160x200c bed, chest of drawers, open bathroom with single sink, shower and toilet
- A 4th bedroom with 160x200cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe, bathroom open to the bedroom with double sinks, bath, Italian shower and toilet

Outside, you will have a very large terrace with dining room, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols and the huge SWIMMING POOL (12x5m) !

- Bed linen and towels are provided, installed and included in your booking
- Baby equipment can be made available on request subject to availability
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure.

- the city of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year round – Less than 15 minutes from the city center by car.

- the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, with a rich ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – less than 15 minutes by car.

- the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where cycling, hiking and paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.

- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- A bus line allows you to reach Chambéry and in particular the SNCF station where the TGV goes to Paris in 3 hours.
