"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...

"Wir haben zufällig ein Apartment bekommen, was mit einer Küche und Kühlschrank voll ausgestattetet war, das hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und wir konnten es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen."

Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Alpenstern. The environment was beautiful and the service, food and facilities like wise. They made us feel at home and taken care of! Family friendly but still calm and relaxing. We will definitely come back! "
