"Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and they had a hot breakfast. It’s an older hotel but an effort has been made to keep it up, and you can tell. No trash outside , and even our “pet” friendly room was clean and didn’t smell like a pet had been there before. I asked for a muffin after breakfast ended for my wife and daughter and she went back and gave it to me. 11 out of 10!"

"The room condition was mediocre. Bed was clean. AC worked. My room did not get broken into. Plumbing worked. It could use a fresh coat of paint. Drapes were hard to close. There is no pool. Worst of all, they claimed to serve breakfast. It was a joke —with stale bread you could toast, with cereal that was not fresh, With 1/2 sour milk, with raw oatmeal in a Tupperware container without any source of hot water, without waffles, without ANY fruit, without yogurt, without any breakfast meat!!! It was a total joke by a dirt cheap hotelier who doesn’t care about anything except being cheap, cheap, cheap!"

"We stayed here on an overnight stop on a drive from El Paso to Austin. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and updated, with two king beds, a mini fridge and microwave, and a good hot shower. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner were provided. It was also pet friendly which was a necessity since we had our dog with us. All in all, the stay exceeded expectations."
