Walk out the front door into the heart of town, to artisanal shops, cafes, restaurants, transit, and parks. With parking included, bring the car and in minutes explore the likes of the Sooke Potholes, the Southern Island's many iconic beaches, Roche Cove Regional Park, East Sooke Regional Park, and Matheson Lake.

Providing both comfort and convenience, this home is perfect for vacations and remote work alike.

This home is a private upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. The open-concept floor plan and many windows keep the space feeling bright and welcoming. Or, draw the blinds for a cozier feeling. This home is smoke-free and pet friendly.

The full kitchen contains all the tools and equipment needed for cooking meals, including a gas stove and full-size fridge/freezer.

The kitchen flows into the comfortable living room with a TV perfect for movie nights, and the combined dining space.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and closet, and the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed.
