This superb T4 apartment of 97 m 2, offering generous volumes, is located on the ground floor of a quiet and pleasant residence. Ideal for a family or group of friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its three spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The large living room of 50 m2 is equipped with a comfortable seating area for moments of relaxation, a friendly dining room adjoining the open kitchen and fully equipped. This opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfectly equipped to enjoy sunny days.
The apartment also has two private parking spaces outside, ensuring comfort and practicality.

Energy package: before 01/06 and after 30/09, a flat rate of 35 euros per week.
Not included: end of stay cleaning of 140 euros (optional).
