"The hotel was very nice overall. The location was great, close to everything. The only thing that could be improved is allowing guests to check in a bit earlier than 3pm if possible. The hotel was virtually empty and we were told that we had to check in at 3pm, zero flexibility. "

"My room was 102 and it was very very small, not enough space to walk around. The bathroom and showers were small as well. The toilet didn’t flush. It seemed to be broken, the staff fixed it one day but continued not working at all. The staff is fantastic, very nice people. "

"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar. El desayuno igual es muy muy basico, y el servicio necesita mejora, por lo menos un poco de amabilidad y atencion al cliente (es raro ver al encargado del hotel)"
