Okay, the rooms are relatively nice in this hotel, we arrived on a snow day, so the view outside is nice as well. Only problem of the room is the noise from the engine room next to us, which is quite noisy and the noises continued during our stay.
But I have a more important question I would like to ask: WHERE ARE THE HOTEL STAFF AND BREAKFAST? I noticed that we were probably the only guests in the hotel last night, so I received this notice in Swedish (I speak English) stating that the restaurant would not be open, but the next morning we went to the restaurant at 8:00 and the door was locked? Even though we were the only guests, there was no breakfast? I clearly remembered that when I booked the room, the hotel provided breakfast, even until 10 o'clock on Saturdays. So where is the breakfast? Where are the front desk staff? Is a guest no longer a guest? Do you only provide service when the hotel is full? If so, please don’t accept reservations when you don’t want to provide any services, good luck. (Oh btw don’t try to call them, they never picked up the phone call)
