"This hotel is in a great location, center of the city and right across the street from Office of Tourism where tour groups pick you up for excursions into the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Avignon. If I go back I would stay there again."
"The hotel is very beautiful and upscale, the staff were extremely pleasant and nice. The lobby, bar and dining room were beautifully kept. The room was spacious and beautiful. Tje entrance grounds were very pretty. We only had the following issues that in our opinion can be improved:
Hot water in the shower: on first day it was lukewarm, they fixed it so was fine on days 2 and 3 but not so much on day 4.
Shower: the part that controls the angle of the shower head (handheld) was loose so water only came straight down so one had to stand very close to the knobs.
Toilet: the toilet seat had some stains that seemed were due to passage of time, regardless it was not pleasant.
Bathroom sinks: the porcelains in both sinks had a few chips that made the sinks look like they were not clean."
"Excellent hotel for the price!! Beside the walls of the old city, without the exorbitant price. Breakfast was good, staff helpful, parking arranged as we had requested. "
"The hotel is in a great location. We had a garden room and it was lovely being able to sit outside in the evening. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was big with a lively separate sitting area. The only negative is that some bits of the hotel seem a little tired but that was a minor point."
"The courtyard should be cleaned up there was a bag of what I don't know and beer bottles in a planter bed and garbage all over doesn't make a good impression inside the building it was very clean however"
