Terrible! Not worth the money - avoid!

Once one of the best rated hotels in Sorocaba, I was shocked to find how poorly it has been kept. Staff isn’t trained, neither particularly friendly, decor looks like a hand me down from the Soviet Union, bedding and towels are old, stained and pillows smell. Old mini-fridge with nothing in it. Carpets full of massive stains - corridors look like previous murder scene from a horror movie. Room rate higher than other much better hotels in the city. Parking charged on top. To be fair, the only positive was the staff at the breakfast area who were sweet and friendly.

Quarto e banheiro limpos e grandes, foi muito boa a estadia. Todos os atendentes muito cordiais. Manobrista também é algo que fez a diferença. Só não dou 5 estrelas, pois no café da manhã senti falta de algo mais caseiro, achei muitas coisas com gosto de industrializados.

O quarto é razoavelmente limpo, porém precisa urgentemente de reforma. O ar condicionado estava com a palheta quebrada, então não conseguimos direcionar o vento, mas o que foi terrível foram as baratinhas no banheiro, em 3 noites de hospedagem, matei 9 baratinhas. Já me hospedei diversas vezes nesse hotel, já sabia que precisava de reforma, mas com relação as baratas é inconcebível! Não sei se me hospedarei novamente lá.

Prédio bem antigo, diferente do que consta nas fotos do site. Ar condicionado não tem controle de temperatura, cofre não estava funcionando, não tem frigobar. Mas o atendimento e o café da manhã são bons. Funcionários simpáticos e bem engajados com o trabalho. Não utilizamos a área de lazer. Atendeu à minha necessidade, e não tive nenhuma experiência desconfortável.
