"The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not come out. I gave a hello-still nothing. After ringing the bell, she came out after a minute and glared at us. Not a great welcome."

"Very nice stay in Borca di Cadore. Some improvement can be made (for example the mattresses) but overall the premises and facilities are good. Reception staff is great, personnel at breakfast could be more welcoming. Overall very good value for money and experience."

Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day"
