BRAND NEW FRESHLY RENOVATED WITH A POOL
This villa is located just 5 minute gorgeous walk from Playa Laguna Beach in small but very cozy gated residence Ocean High.
The area is very nice. We also have private security .
The villa is fully equipped and furnished.
The space
FRESHLY RENOVATED
3 bedrooms each has a full bathroom (with shower in each bathroom)
One small service room with twin size bed with private bathroom (this one has no AC but has a fan)

Sosua town center just 5-7 minutes by car.
Sosua Ocean Village with the best gym in the area, tennis courts, kids playgrounds and pools 5 minute walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants 5-7 minutes by car.
Beautiful oasis of Natura Cabana Boutique Hotel & Spa is 15 minute drive. Here you can enjoy cozy ocean front restaurant and gorgeous beach with beach chairs
