Welcome to Palma Real, a charming 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa located just outside the City Center in
a quiet gated community but within walking distance to the City Center, Playa Sosua, restaurants, bars
and so much more! Recently remodeled the home is in top shape with brand new furniture! The home
comes with a community swimming pool and multiple fruit trees! Enjoy freshly picked avocados,
bananas, coconuts, cherry’s, cacao (chocolate), Malay apple and Ceylon gooseberry’s while in season!

No Parties are allowed at the property, its a quiet and peaceful community and we want to make sure we respect the peace of our neighbors.
The pool is cleaned every Monday, swimming is not recommended on that day due to the chemicals that are used to clean it. *Pool closes at 10pm*
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks an extra cleaning fee of $75 USD will be a added (Sheets, cleaning). 1 week+ electricity will be charged separate.
