  • The condo is a 2-bedroom apartment located on the third floor, featuring a king-size and a queen-size bed, along with a smart TV in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a smart TV, air conditioning in each bedroom, and a balcony. The community area offers a large pool with a BBQ and a parking spot available for all guests. Playa Alicia Beach and Playa Sosua are about a 5-minute walk away. The complex offers 24-hour security, a backup generator, a private free parking area, and a pool. Welcome to the Dominican Republic!
    The space
    Our space features two bedrooms, each with a king- and queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a smart TV; one of them also includes a work desk. The living room features a smart TV, air conditioning, a comfortable couch, and a perfect table for snacks and film nights.

    Our balcony offers a breathtaking view where you can enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets in town.

    Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you can use freely to cook and prepare those delicious dishes you make at home. We also have a coffee machine that you’ll love using every morning with our spectacular “Santo Domingo” Dominican coffee.
