Great Villa and Service by La Mer

We have now stayed with La Mer Homes in Ayia Thekla 4 times and the service each time has been faultless. Very responsive to any questions. In a previous stay a water pump went and it was resolved in a matter of hours. Great company, would highly recommend from all our experiences.

Perfectly equipped & maintained villa & pool

Everything in the house was arranged to the potential need of the client & the kitchen had everything in place inclusive a Nespresso machine. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived. The pool was well maintained. The outside shower works well even has hot water only the water drainage pipe seems to be blocked as the used water remains on the spot.

Pros: Saubere, großzügige Räume, gute Verkehrsanbindung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung u. Kommunikation, gepflegter Außenbereich m. Pool Contras: Nahegelegene Autobahn ist deutlich zu hören, Betten ohne Lattenrost u. üblen Matratzen (man spürt jede Feder - 1 Woche lang Rückenschmerzen)

The property was perfect. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids, they had a blast, the property and the pool were super clean. Everything needed for the stay is readily available. In a quiet area, not too far from Ayia Napa, we rented a car which made the stay perfect.

Lovely villa, great value

The villa was lovely and very clean. Gorgeous facilities, plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is excellent as it's only a 10 min drive to the heart of Ayia Napa, although I strongly suggest if you're staying here you hire a rental car as there isn't much within walking distance. Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the villa was especially considering the reasonable price!

Fantastic Stay

Aside from the very lovely, immaculate and beautifully located and quiet Villa. The service from all of the staff at LaMer was second to none, from the booking, to the maintenance guy, to issue resolution / advice / assistance and even assistance from one of the company directors in a longer term residential solution for my family and I, we could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing.

We stay at KYMMA villa #5. Villa was as beautiful as on the pictures. We really love it. Swimmingpool is big enough. Staff was helpfull. Villa is located about 8km from Ayia Napa Center but near from it, is bus stop and a lot of taxi are driving at the area, so that wasn't any problem to go to the City for dinner, partyshopping. If you would like to go sightseeing it is good place to start your trips. So if you choose Kymma you will enjoy your stay like we do.
